Asha Ruth is a professional USA Track and Field athlete with specialties in the 200 meter and 400 meter sprints, holds an American Record in the Women's 4x200 meter relay set in 2018 and has made multiple Team USA appearances. A native of Prince Georges County, Maryland, she attended Bowie High School and received a full scholarship to Division 1, Big Ten conference, Rutgers University- New Brunswick. She graduated with her Masters of Art in Human Resources and Employment Relations along with Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science: Sports Management. She holds multiple Division 1, All- American honors and known as the most decorated female athlete out of Rutgers University!
